At Roche Diagnostics Iran, we have the unique opportunity to shape healthcare and change lives by providing the highest quality, most innovative diagnostic solutions. The purpose of this position is to actively promote Roche Diagnostics products to all targeted Labs in the designated territory.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage sales, and customer relationships and promote the full range of products to all accounts in the designated territory.
Achieve the sales targets, gain market share, and meet the related strategic KPIs in assigned territories by implementing the activities and strategies defined.
Identify new opportunities on the assigned products, driving market introduction and adoption by the Labs, in order to expand the business.
Stakeholder mapping and decision-making process of accounts to build value and mutually profitable customer relationships.
Proactively searching for market information and trends, product updates, and competitive information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with all stakeholders and develop innovative strategies to acquire, grow, and retain business, in line with sales objectives.
Possess and maintain up-to-date product knowledge and be competent in conducting product presentations to customers.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Laboratory, Biochemical, or equivalent is required.
Preferably at least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and /or similar experience in the healthcare market (IVD preferred).
Ability to establish strong collaborative relationships and work within a team structure.
Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills with the ability to clearly present.
Ability to achieve goals and meet timelines, with moderate supervision and direction.
Ability to do sales analysis, analyze the customer, and identify the gaps to drive sales.
Ability to understand and stay updated on current and prospective customer needs and market trends.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Availability to travel, inside and outside the country whenever required.
