Job Description
Job Purpose:
A sales planning specialist in Solico Group evaluates and identifies various trends in sales by analyzing collected data from both within the company and outside the company; then transform it into valuable information and knowledge, which supports sales staff and managers to drive action plans.
Job Summary:
This position is accountable for all aspects of data aggregation, data preparation, planning, reporting, and following up on all the sales operations based on the role assigned to her/him. The person in this position should create, organize and implement all sales plans in line with target and market demands.
Key responsibilities:
● Follow up to receive all needed data OTIF, from responsible persons.
● Aggregate, compile, analyze and evaluate collected data and publish structured reports to stakeholders.
● Detect the data problems and address them proactively.
● Responsible for ad-hoc reports to enable management to monitor sales operations.
● Regular and occasional communications to internal and external stakeholders.
● Have a close connection with direct team administration to report the special KPIs on a regular basis.
● Participate in coordination meetings with related units regarding sales planning.
● Implement necessary actions assigned in sales planning.
● Collaborate with team members and members of other departments continuously.
