Job Description

  • Analyzing sales and reviewing sales trends to participate in the correct implementation of the organization's strategies, providing appropriate solutions based on each product group
  • Participating in the regulation and preparation of sales analytical reports, such as goal setting, change process, deviations from the plan and discrepancies, input and output of goods, etc., to present to superiors.
  • Checking the product inventory for more precise targeting of the product group.
  • Continuous presence in the market to know and investigate the market situation, sales trends, customer behavior, and competitors and provide relevant analytical reports.
  • Investigating and recognizing challenges and participating in providing appropriate solutions to overcome existing obstacles.
  • Participating in planning and controlling the correct implementation of new product group market entry strategies.
  • Preparing and updating information required for monthly and annual reports of the organization's strategy plan.
  • Analyzing information related to the potential of the country's regions to determine appropriate regional strategies for different product groups.
  • Analyzing competitors' products to explain new product market entry strategies.
  • Carrying out the necessary measures to determine operational goals for sales units based on the conditions of suppliers and communicated management policies.
  • Coordinating and tracking the receipt of micro-programs and setting goals up to the level of visitors from the units.
  • Receiving and reviewing the sales report of the vendors comparing it with the plan determining the deviations and contradictions with the plan and presenting the report to the superiors.
  • Receiving unit sales reports and sales analysis, reviewing regional trends and conditions, and revising unit targeting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least three years of experience.

Specialist knowledge:

  • SQL Server, Python, Power BI, sales planning, sales strategy, data analysis, Microsoft Office, English, basics of sales, and marketing.
