Own the customer database and keep it up-to-date (CRM).
Gather selling-out data and integrate them into our database.
Lead for sales processes including CRM – SFA.
Drive, adapt, implement, and test country-specific initiatives and projects.
Manage tool administrations.
Help implement and be the key user of our BI tools within the sales team.
Develop new KPIs, dashboards, and reports for the business development teams that generate insights to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
Train the sales teams on the usage of reports and dashboards.
Support sales management in monitoring and optimizing the business.
Stay up-to-date with all (digital) evolutions.
Represent the sales department in all e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives.
Coordinate between BU, channels, and workstreams to ensure alignment and eliminate overlap.
Work with sales and marketing to advise and assist in targeting and campaign execution.
Stay close to the customer reality (direct and indirect) going regularly in the field and responding to opportunities in a changing market environment.
Evaluate and monitor gross margin in comparison of budgets based on customer, channel, BU, and region and advise the sales team to use the gross margin for selling more.
Requirements
Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Information Management, IT, or other related fields.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers.
Passion for digital in a fast-changing world with at least some affinity with the technical aspects.
Good communication skills.
Strong drive to make things happen.
A passion for customers and business in general.
Fluent in English.
Experience with sales processes, digital tools, and data management is an asset.
At ease with tools and systems, but also understands the processes behind them.
Familiar with CRM systems, marketing related tools (e.g., marketing automation, etc.).
