Job Description
● Manage and supervise a team in the sales development department in all aspects including the tasks assignments, tasks prioritization, training and motivating the sales team and etc.
● Identify the new market potential as well as potential customers.
● Identify and seek new sales channels and propose new solutions to increase sales levels.
● Market visit and activity report in covered areas.
● Communication with the distributors to increase their awareness about products to achieve sales targets.
● Provide regular monthly, weekly, and daily reports from contacts and customers for all the accounts.
● Responsible for providing sales strategies and leadership to the Business Sales Specialists.
● Provide leadership of staff towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
● Execute plans and strategies to expand new business sales, drive prospecting opportunities and achieve the goals.
● Implementation of sales performance evaluation system.
● Collaborate with marketing managers to generate a keen customer.
● Monitor the activities of experts in CRM and prepare an accurate and categorized database.
