Sales Strategy & Target Setting
Collaborate with supply chain for annual/monthly sales planning.
Distribute plans & products among sales supervisors.
Develop annual sales budget with the finance team.
Break down budget into seasonal, regional & individual targets
Monitoring & Reporting
Weekly/monthly CRM dashboard monitoring.
Gap analysis for sales by team/product/region & corrective planning.
Provide feedback reports to sales teams.
Supervise sales activities.
Prepare comprehensive reports for management.
Compliance with Sales Policies
Supervise adherence to sales policies and standards.
Communicate changes in sales policies & ensure implementation.
Stakeholder & Supplier Relationship Management
Engage with pharmacies, physicians & health institutions.
Attend scientific/health events to expand sales network.
Cross-department collaboration for business development & strategy.
Sales Channel Development
Identify geographic and persona gaps in sales.
Collaborate with marketing and branding for improved sales.
Provide feedback to medical team on competitors and market niches.
Human Resource Management & Team Development
Participate in recruitment and training of sales staff.
Manage conflict, motivation and team spirit.
Develop incentive schemes and performance evaluation.
Provide continuous, targeted feedback for individual and team development.
Skills
Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales management
Strategic sales planning and budgeting skills
Multi-layered sales team management and people development
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales data analysis
Excellent leadership, team motivation, and coaching skills
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical market and stakeholder networking
Strong cross-functional collaboration (marketing, supply chain, medical, finance)
Understanding of pharmaceutical sales and marketing regulations
Ability to analyze and report on sales performance and KPIs
Fluency in English (preferred)
