responsible for all related sales operations and processes for both B2B and B2C segment planning and implementing sales and distribution strategies setting sales team for implementing sales plan and coordinate sales and trade marketing activities planning work schedule and daily and weekly timetable. targeting and formulating sales policies across sales channels. establishing strong relationship with chain store's and regular visit to ensure full implementation of sales policies continuous data gathering, monitoring and analyzing of market, competitors activities and all main accounts in the market responsible for development of sales team and forcasting sales volume ensure category planogram, merchandising rotation and newline introduction guidelines based on business situatuion designing and running efficient promotional plan for channels and end users

Requirements

Associated degree Minimum 3 years experience on sales or related topics (FMCG industries) Ability to create, develop and coordinate sales channels Team management capability knowledge in distribution. strong negotiation and communication skills
