Job Description

● Recruit, hire and train the sales team. ● Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them. ● Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members. ● Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts. ● Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment. ● Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed. ● Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation. ● Meet goals and metrics. ● Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. ● Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts. ● Coordinate between different areas of supervision areas. ● Explore and study the competitor's movements in the target market. ● Identify and track the sales goals in the supervision area.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. ● At least 5 years of related experience. ● Strong oral and written communication skills. ● Motivated and initiative. ● Excellent leadership skills. ● Results-oriented with strong analytical skills. ● Computer skills must include working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. ● High ability to negotiate with key accounts. ● Experience in B2B sales is an advantage.
