Job Description

*Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive B2R for CPEs sales strategy aligned with business goals and digital roadmap.
• Devise plans to increase share of Irancell Marketplace in the ecommerce medium of Iran through various programs
• Lead exclusive providers acquisition for Irancell Market and close contracts that some products only presented exclusively in Irancell Market to increase market share and revenue
• Safeguard Irancell Marketplace brand reputation as a top provider of technologic consumer CPEs and accessories
• Work across MTNIrancell with various divisions to find solutions like BNPL to increase sales over the Marketplace
• Oversee the sales operations of technology products across online, B2B, and partner channels, ensuring consistent performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and OEM providers to ensure steady supply, competitive pricing, and effective promotions.
• Lead negotiations and manage commercial agreements with suppliers to optimize margins, SLAs, and delivery performance.
• Work closely with E-commerce Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to design and launch campaigns, bundles, and offers.
• Manage and monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance dashboards for all technology products.
• Drive pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies to maximize sell-through and inventory turnover.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging trends in consumer technology and online retail.
• Support the development of new business models, such as installment sales, trade-in programs, or marketplace expansions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams to ensure commercial compliance and operational efficiency.
• Manage the e-commerce and technology sales budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to support strategic sales initiatives and operational priorities.
• Define digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) in close collaboration with the Marketing team, Vista Media.
• Manage and mentor the technology sales team, fostering accountability, innovation, and high performance.
• Ensure a seamless customer journey from discovery to post-sale by closely collaborating with CX, logistics, and after-sales functions.


*Education
• Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Marketing / Communication) or related
• MBA is advantageous


*Qualifications:

• 5 years of manager track record for senior management roles is mandatory
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology or telecom sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, payment services, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Familiarity with digital marketing tools is essential
• Proven experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or channel sales within telecom, or electronics.
• Experience in working cross-functionally with IT, marketing, and logistics teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
