Job Description
• Negotiate and close sales by agreement terms
• Follow up sales process from start to end
• Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
• Prepare sales reports and keeping customer records
• Meet seasonal sales targets
• Support sales and marketing activities by attending trade shows, meetings, conferences, and other sales and marketing events
• Resolve customer complaints by recording problems, proposing and finalizing solutions with clients, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• Create and lead the sales network in the assigned region
• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on sales trends in the assigned regions
• Establish and maintain a close relationship with clients and partners
• Develop relationships with new customers
• Close the deal and receiving purchase orders from clients
• Issue sales documents and follow up the payments with the clients
• Develop and maintain customer information and database.
