• Negotiate and close sales by agreement terms
• Follow up sales process from start to end
• Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
• Prepare sales reports and keeping customer records
• Meet seasonal sales targets
• Support sales and marketing activities by attending trade shows, meetings, conferences, and other sales and marketing events
• Resolve customer complaints by recording problems, proposing and finalizing solutions with clients, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• Create and lead the sales network in the assigned region
• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on sales trends in the assigned regions
• Establish and maintain a close relationship with clients and partners
• Develop relationships with new customers
• Close the deal and receiving purchase orders from clients
• Issue sales documents and follow up the payments with the clients
• Develop and maintain customer information and database.
Requirements
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in related majors is highly desirable
• At least 3 years of sales experience in construction fields include elevators, escalators or HVAC systems
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure
• Familiar with related products and related industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Be able to travel across the country to meet customers and attend events
• Focused and target-oriented
• Active learner, encouraging others to change their minds or behavior
• Computer and Internet literate and expert in MS Excel for sales reports and analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills and public relations

Work conditions:
• Full time
• Working hours: Sat-Wednesday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm + Thursday 8:30 am-12:30 pm
