Job Description
Teltonika Co. is working in the field of network equipment and IOT. The employee should be able to work with industrial network equipment and handle these tasks: - Motivated to self study, learn, test and work with IOT equipment to advice costumers. - Have basic knowledge about network concepts and communication protocols to offer best product for customer requirements. - Motivated to work with network hardware to gain experience and knowledge. - Follow up customer inquiries and tenders to increase cooperation opportunities. - Sales negotiations and keep in touch with clients. - Understand the client’s short and long term needs, requirements and provide solutions. - Follow up the sales affairs. - Report to sales manager periodically. - Attend weekly sales meetings. - Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. - Fully understand the business requirements of prospects and current customers. - Responsible for achieving his/her sale target.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience - Network+, CCNA, CCNP Skill (Or experience). - University degree in IT, Electronic engineering, and Computer engineering or comparable fields is recommended (Especially internet and network field). - Self-motivated, patient, Strategic Mind, creativity and hardworking, - Good teamwork skills - Negotiation skills - Presentation skills - Strong computer skills (especially MS Office: word, excel, access, outlook) - CRM skills - Communication and interpersonal skills - Good negotiator, extroversion personality - Strong persuasive skills - Ability to plan for sale targets and the strategy to achieve them - Ability to find the problems of selling cycle and be able to resolve it - Effective oral, written and presentation skills. - Ability to develop and foster teamwork. - Good command of English - Relevant experience in similar companies is recommended. - Former experience in sales is recommended. - Be patient, talented and hardworking.
