Major job duties:
• Contact new potential customers and handling their inquiries.
• Follow up sales process from start to end and sustain long-term relations with customers.
• Research and identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
• Market measurement, demand forecasting and pricing management.
• Identification the target market.
• Provide periodic sales target.
• Experienced in working with CRM software.
• Track potential customers and coordinate meetings.
• Tracking customer settlement and receipt of claims.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product/market development
• Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external entities.
• Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
• Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining over time.
• Preparing periodic reports and presentations to management.
• Using Microsoft Office to its Potential.
• Experienced in working with social media platforms.
