Job Description

● Identify and anticipate marketing trends. ● Understand customer needs and developing creative solutions to help them. ● Jointly develop marketing and sales strategies in coordination with sales and product departments. ● Set the annual and Quarterly Marketing Plan, Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities. ● Short or Long term sales forecast and able to increase sales Volume by smart promotions. ● Pro-actively anticipate competitor activities. ● Work closely with other teams to achieve company targets. ● Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys. ● Achieve substantial annual sales turnover. ● Work closely with the line managers in proposing budgets based on the market situation to facilitate the setting of annual sales targets for the Sales and Commercial Department. ● Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve the set targets. This includes preparing business plans in view of previous sales, market conditions and customer needs. ● Assess market and customer needs to prepare accurate sales forecasts. This includes developing weekly and monthly forecasts in conjunction with the sales team. ● Set team targets on an annual and monthly basis and closely monitor sales process to ensure that team achieves the department’s revenue targets and complies with set sales standards. This includes monitoring monthly sales data in the internal system and analyzing it to increase sales and or deep the business as required. ● Plan marketing activities and liaises with the Marketing Team to agree on the implementation of approved campaigns and promotions. ● Review Sales Department turnover and profitability status, analyse and evaluate detailed reports monitor progress and ensure department budgets or targets are achieved leading to the overall company budget achievement. This also includes meeting with the line manager on a regular basis to share current and expected sales status, achievements, action plans, sales projections, market developments and team performance. ● Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of experience in related fields. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related fields. ● Familiar with the knowledge of principles and methods for offering, advertising and selling products or services. Includes marketing strategies and tactics, product descriptions, sales techniques and sales control systems. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ● Team working skills. ● Highly self-motivated and challenging. ● Innovative and sociable. ● Result-oriented and hard working. ● Eager to learn and ready to tackle new challenges. ● Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. ● Ability to work under pressure.
