Job Description
We are looking for a regional sales manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
- Promote the company products after communicating with Branches and key customers.
- Act as the main point of contact with brokers, suppliers, and distributors in the region.
- Implement sales goals and communicate them to key individuals.
- Prepare sales reports and submit them to senior management.
- Collect customer feedback as well as market research.
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
