Job Description

We are looking for a regional sales manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
  • Promote the company products after communicating with Branches and key customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact with brokers, suppliers, and distributors in the region.
  • Implement sales goals and communicate them to key individuals.
  • Prepare sales reports and submit them to senior management.
  • Collect customer feedback as well as market research.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or other related fields.
  • Proven experience in regional sales management.
  • Ability to manage and be in touch with suppliers, brokers, and regional wholesalers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.
  • Ability to measure and analyze Key Performance Indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
