We are looking for a regional sales manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
Promote the company products after communicating with Branches and key customers.
Act as the main point of contact with brokers, suppliers, and distributors in the region.
Implement sales goals and communicate them to key individuals.
Prepare sales reports and submit them to senior management.
Collect customer feedback as well as market research.
Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or other related fields.
Proven experience in regional sales management.
Ability to manage and be in touch with suppliers, brokers, and regional wholesalers.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.
Ability to measure and analyze Key Performance Indicators (ROI and KPIs).
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
