Determine applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements.
Conduct different interview methods such as behavioral, group, and panel interviews.
Consult and support hiring managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions.
Conduct assessment centers and be aware of various psychological tests required for recruitment.
Analyze the recruitment agencies' performance, cost per hire, and time to hire, and recommend changes and improvements.
Prepare documentation for the hiring process.
Prepare monthly and annual hiring and HR planning reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Managemen, or Psychology.
At least 2 years of experience as a recruitment specialist (preferred to be familiar with the pharmaceutical industry).
Knowledge of SSO and different recruitment methods and practices.
Excellent interpersonal savvy and networking abilities.
Strong attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English
