Job Description
The main responsibilities include (and are not limited to):
● Define project objectives, project scope, roles, and responsibilities.
● Execute Site Setup, Ram Up, Synchronization, Temporary Delivery, and Final Delivery operations.
● Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation
● Manage cost, time, and resources by precise analyses.
● Prepare WBS and Implementation Sequence.
● Manage the delivery of the project according to the milestones, workstreams, and activities.
● Prepare the deviation reports and provide solutions.
● Provide the invoices and prepare technical and financial claims to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
● Track project and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
● Manage contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers and oversee their work.
● Identify and mitigate potential risks and avoid potential delays.
● Prepare and maintain proper documentation of all project processes.
● Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
