Job Description

Objective of the role: The factory is under construction, therefore we are looking for a potential Project Manager. . List of responsibilities: Leading project planning sessions Coordinating staff and internal resources Managing project progress and adapt work as required Ensuring projects meet deadlines Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders Designing and signing off on contracts Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review Designing risk mitigation plan Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects Managing large and diverse teams. Reporting to: Managing Director. Subordinates: whole project and the porject staff . Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. Working hours: from 8:30 to 5:00 pm/ from Saturday to Wednesday. Thursday from 8:30 am to 1:00Pm . Travel requirements: Yes.

Requirements

University Qualifications: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Other certifications obtained: MA. Nature and length of previous experience: at least 3 to 5 years work experience as a project manager. Specialist knowledge: Full knowledge of Primaver or MS project software, ICDL. Soft Skills and Personality traits: Team Work, Managment. Great customer service, communication and customer service skills Proven leadership skills and ability to delegate work Exceptional time management skills, ability to estimate work effort and time needed for various construction jobs Good writing skills for proposals and reports Excellent technical skills and understanding of construction methods, contracts and blueprints
