At Novo Nordisk Pars in Kordan, the position of Production Support Associate Manager provides you the opportunity to work in a high-performing team and contribute directly towards the business results while creating value for diabetes patients.

The position:

  • Manage Facility and Utility (F&U) team competency and training plans.
  • Maintain the validated status of facilities and utilities and compliance with operational procedures.
  • Maintain compliance, validated status, and data integrity in F&U areas.
  • Respect for all performance indicators in areas of responsibility (quality, environmental health, safety, compliance, audits), and Systematic Problem Solving (SPS) are carried out in a cLEAN way.
  • Drive optimization of the F&U process using Lean, Total Performance Management (TPM), or other techniques.
  • Manage the project portfolio of F&U areas and be responsible for budgeting and ensuring compliance with the plan in terms of budget there.

Requirements

  • More than five years of maintenance management experience, including being part of a production or engineering unit leadership team in a Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) environment (pharma, food, or cosmetics).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
  • High level of self-motivation and leadership skills.
  • A strong GMP mindset.
  • Great Project Management (PM) skills and significant abilities to manage changes.
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
