Job Description

Facility Management:

Set up and maintain facility equipment such as machining lathes, and hydraulic test benches for valve testing.
Set up and maintain facility services such as electric installation, air supply, and water supply.

Production

Coordinate production activities to produce high-quality valves on time.
Supervise reception, machining, assembly, testing, inspection, painting, packaging, and dispatch processes, according to company policies.
Oversee production methods and produce standards so that output is at peak efficiency levels.

Suppliers:

Provide support in developing and controlling the process of outsourcing suppliers for the machining of components.
Coordinate facility-related suppliers to optimize operating and maintenance costs of machinery and related equipment of the plant.

Service Engineers/Technical assistance:

Requirements

Technical knowledge of electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate suppliers when required to adequately set up and maintain facility equipment.
Specific experience in the machining process, conventional and CNC machines to support both outsourcing and internal processes of the organization to obtain optimal results in terms of performance, quality, and delivery.
