Job Description

- Follow up and survey marketing research projects - Project management for existing products development and new product development from idea to launch - Evaluate and Troubleshooting product’s category and providing solutions to solve problems - Benchmark global brands trends and innovation - Customer compliant survey and follow up - Become a domain expert by understanding customers and influences, evaluation and production processes and transfer that knowledge to the product development, marketing, and sales channels - Rapidly develop test/learn plans to successfully drive business results and recommendations - Develop materials to support the sales team competitive analysis, product positioning and market trends across all market segments a large volume of highly varied, time-sensitive projects for the support of various business needs - Analyze product design and features and translate into tangible consumer benefits for marketing and advertising efforts. - Through an understanding of product feedback and client needs, help shape product road maps and market strategies that align with corporate objectives - Training sale’s forces in launch activity - Strong understanding of consumer and brand research - Self-starter with the ability to maintain poise when dealing with ambiguity - Proven oral and written communication skills - Willingness to travel - Reporting to: Marketing Manager.

Requirements

- Bachelor/Master in industrial engineering or Business Management/MBA - Previous experience: +3 years' experience in Marketing (Preferably in FMCG) - Good negotiator - Strong ability to plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously - Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting/financial skills - Strong attention to detail - Creative Ability of problem-solving - Ability to teamwork Presentation
