Job Description
● Design and implement a preventive maintenance system.
● Ensure and monitor the proper implementation of the maintenance system.
● Prepare checklists for control of equipment and facilities.
● Prepare maintenance software plan and ensure the accuracy, up-to-datedness, and validity of the information.
● Periodic and scheduled visits to the company's facilities.
● Train and coordinate between warehouse maintenance coordinators.
● Coordinate with the HSE unit to improve the safety of warehouse equipment and facilities.
● Prepare periodic reports and cooperate in compiling the annual maintenance budget.
● Carry out all maintenance activities of all equipment and facilities such as generators and fleets and etc.
● Review the maintenance process and preparation of reports of repairs performed or upcoming repairs and maintenance of records of relevant information.
● Follow up on necessary repairs according to the maintenance schedule.
● Maintain and test machines and their tools and moving parts.
● Take measures to reduce repair time to speed up the whole process.
● Coordinate the installation of newly purchased equipment, machines, and facilities.
● Search to find the most suitable external repairmen and communicate effectively with them when necessary.
