Job Description
● Establishment of a BSC-based strategic management system in the company.
● Develop a vision, mission, values , and policies based on the company's articles of association.
● Design and control of operational plans of organizational units and preparation of periodic progress reports.
● Establish coordination between the company's senior managers to develop plans, programs, and strategies.
● Design and development of organizational and structural dashboards (BI).
● Prepare the proposed annual budget with the participation of other units.
● Management budgets and investment channels.
● Develop mechanisms and tools for evaluating and measuring organizational performance.
● Preparation of management reports and statistical analysis.
