Job Description

● Establishment of a BSC-based strategic management system in the company. ● Develop a vision, mission, values , and policies based on the company's articles of association. ● Design and control of operational plans of organizational units and preparation of periodic progress reports. ● Establish coordination between the company's senior managers to develop plans, programs, and strategies. ● Design and development of organizational and structural dashboards (BI). ● Prepare the proposed annual budget with the participation of other units. ● Management budgets and investment channels. ● Develop mechanisms and tools for evaluating and measuring organizational performance. ● Preparation of management reports and statistical analysis.

Requirements

● In-depth knowledge of fundamentals of organizational strategic planning. ● In-depth knowledge of establishing a strategic management system based on BSC. ● In-depth knowledge of principles of business development and analysis. ● In-depth knowledge of business intelligence. ● Good knowledge of principles of project management. ● Good knowledge of preparing analytical reports. ● Good knowledge of designing and implementing the organization's performance management system. Behavioral skills: ● Analytical thinking, the ability to analyze and solve problems. ● Systemic vision. ● Responsible and committed. ● Accurate and regular. Others: ● Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. ● At least 5 years of related experience. ● Gender preference: Male/Female. ● Age range: 35 to 50 years old.
