Job Description

- Analyzing technical documents including specifications, calculation notes, drawings, etc. in order to study projects requirements - Modeling and design of packaged units in PDMS software - Modification of the available equipment and addition of new piping components and equipment using Paragon Module in PDMS - Preparing piping 2D, 3D and Isometric drafts using PDMS and AutoCAD software - Defining piping line classes, flange ratings and piping schedules - Preparing piping specialty item lists, line list, valve lists, tie-in lists, etc. - Performing pipe wall thickness calculations - Producing preliminary and final material take-offs, follow-up of the procurement process and evaluation of received quotations - Preparing required documents and technical proposals for tenders - Development of detailed P&IDs - Preparing reply sheets for clients’ comments and queries - Preparing documents for Oil and Gas projects such as cause and effect, equipment list, foundation layout drawings, etc. - Design of piping supports and their locations - Taking part in projects internal coordination meetings as well as meetings with clients Reporting to: Engineering Manager Number required: 1 Duration: 1-year contract Desired start date: As soon as possible Probation: 3 Months Working hours: Sat-Wed: 8:00 – 17:30 Working Office: Payam Special Economic Complex, Mehrshahr, Karaj, Iran Travel requirements: None

Requirements

Having minimum BSc. degree in mechanical, chemical or industrial Engineering or any other relevant fields from reputable Governmental Universities Minimum 2 years of related experience Familiar with following software and skills: - PDMS / AVEVA (Admin, Catalog, Draft, ISO-Draft) - AutoCAD Mechanical - Solidworks - CAESAR II (Plus point) Familiar with piping standards and codes (API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, NACE, etc.) including ASME B31.3 Familiar with piping components material and dimensional standards and codes Preferably familiar with pumps and design of piping around rotary equipment Good communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven and detail-oriented Responsible & well-organized Sufficient knowledge of practical software such as MS Office Excellent ability in web searching Good report writing skills Excellent Teamwork skills Nationality Preference: Iranian Language Skills: English Current Residence: Karaj About the Company NEEV, with over three decades of experience, is a leading manufacturer of oil, gas and petrochemical equipment and provider of engineering services.
