Job Description:
-Managing the marketing managers' meeting and appointment schedules to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
-Filing documentation and data/information according to record management policies and procedures.
-Preparing presentations.
-Drafting of letters and reports as appropriate.
-Answering and screening telephone calls.
-Ensuring smooth function of the office in the general manager's absence initiating action whenever necessary.
-Planning, coordinating, organizing, and arranging all meetings, conferences, and events for the general manager.
-Raising purchase orders and undertaking invoice coding using the ERP system.
-Arranging the travel necessities of the Marketing staff hotel, ticket booking, etc.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's or Master's degree.
-At least 2 years of experience working with senior management teams.
-Excellent English skills, written and verbal communication.
-Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
Excellent telephone manner with an overall pleasant disposition.
-Accessible and approachable.
-Sound general logical and analytical reasoning abilities.
-Excellent performer under pressure.
-Discreet and maintain confidentiality.
-Fluent in computer software.
-Experience in administrative roles.
-High skills in teamwork
