Job Description

  • Answering phones, emails, and messages
  • Drafting and archiving letters and assisting in the preparation of reports and documents.
  • Coordinating itineraries, tickets, hotels, and transport reservations.
  • Monitoring and tracking inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Assisting in the documentation of administration projects.
  • Handling monthly petty cash.
  • General office support (ordering stationary, and overseeing office orderliness).
  • Assisting with organizing events and team activities.
  • Carrying out tasks assigned by the manager until the result is achieved.
  • Working schedule: Saturday to Wednesday 9:00 to 17:00.
  • Location: Mollasadra.

Requirements

  • Energetic, social, self-motivated.
  • Professional and courteous communication skills, in Persian and English.
  • Strong team player and effective listener with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Punctuality, good organizational skills, and time management.
  • The ability to prioritize work according to deadlines, importance, and urgency.
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Photoshop.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage challenges.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to the work environment and possible changes.
  • Commitment and confidentiality.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of successful experience in the same position or a similar position.
  • Comfortable and content with working as an office manager.
