Job Description

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies - Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management - Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) - Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary - Order daily essentials of the office - Arrange and coordinate for translation of documents with official translators - Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned - Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements

- At least intermediate knowledge of English language - Past experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role - Proficient Knowledge of MS Office - Exposure to legal documents is a plus
