Job Description

- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence - Maintaining schedules and calendars - Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents - Handle incoming emails as well as other issues and report to relevant person - Handling MD guests, customers and clients -Coordinates office management activities - Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages) - Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 to 5:30 pm - Thursday 8:30 to 1:30 pm

Requirements

- At least Bachelor degree - Minimum 2 years experiences with administrative and clerical work - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Power point & Excel, Outlook) - Strong communication skills -Strong ability to multitask - Motivated and energetic - Familiarity with English Language - Familiarity with Photoshop - Familiar with commercial procedures
