Job Description

The National Sales Manager (NSM) plays a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic sales activities and effective management of portfolios and territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and prioritize sales activities to achieve business aims.
  • Manage personal business portfolio and territory according to market development strategy.
  • Optimize product/service mix, pricing, and margins.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through ethical sales methods.
  • Utilize sales tools and systems for customer contact activities.
  • Follow up on production feasibility for customer demands.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and monitor market activities.
  • Communicate internally and externally to facilitate profitable relationships.
  • Attend customer and internal meetings to aid business development.
  • Participate in training to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Prepare reports for management and adhere to company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate in analyzing tasks for continuous improvement.
