Requirements

- Having a bachelor's degree or higher in the field of business management and MBA, marketing, business, strategic management, industrial engineering and information technology management. - Having at least 5 years of useful, effective and relevant work experience in the field of cultural and artistic activities. - Familiarity and mastery of software related to the field of activity such as CRM -ERP-MIS. - Familiarity with the principles, concepts and strategies of marketing, sales and research and development (R&D). - Familiarity with the principles, concepts of management, including planning, organizing, coordination, leadership and supervision (control) - Familiarity and mastery of data mining methods (DATA MINING) in marketing. - Having communication skills, power of expression, negotiation, persuasion, resilience in the field of business activities. - Having analytical creativity, creative thinking and creativity, innovation and decision-making skills. - Relative familiarity with cultural and artistic activities, handicrafts, cafes and restaurants. - Accepting and observing the standards and professional-ethical codes of the job and the organization. - CRM , CEM , Digital Marketing, Branding , SWOT & .....
