Job Description

  • Providing educational calendars and implementing training courses according to them.
  • Carrying out all matters related to the planning of training courses inside and outside of the company.
  • Preparing training courses for company employees and agencies.
  • Developing planning for employees and helping employees to make the most of these programs.
  • Needs assessment and identification of organizational and personal development needs of employees.
  • Planning and following up on the onboarding process for all new personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields, especially Training.
  • At least 8 years of related experience.
  • Maximum age: 40 years old.
  • Mastery of all matters of education (needs assessment, planning, implementation and control, effectiveness measurement, and survey).
  • Mastery of education planning and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with the ISO 9001; 2015 standard.
