Job Description
- Providing educational calendars and implementing training courses according to them.
- Carrying out all matters related to the planning of training courses inside and outside of the company.
- Preparing training courses for company employees and agencies.
- Developing planning for employees and helping employees to make the most of these programs.
- Needs assessment and identification of organizational and personal development needs of employees.
- Planning and following up on the onboarding process for all new personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields, especially Training.
- At least 8 years of related experience.
- Maximum age: 40 years old.
- Mastery of all matters of education (needs assessment, planning, implementation and control, effectiveness measurement, and survey).
- Mastery of education planning and budgeting.
- Familiarity with the ISO 9001; 2015 standard.
