Job Description
● Introduce new markets for the company and make profitable contracts with them.
● Connect, attract and keep old clients.
● Gather data, giving proposals and suggestions to clients in order to make sure their needs are met.
● Consultation with clients to understand their objectives and background.
● Provide clarification to clients’ queries in a professional manner.
● Follow up with clients for any inquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls, and emails.
● Advise students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and costs involved.
● Negotiation with current and potential customers to introduce the company's new services.
● Update the database of clients' information, telephone logs, and client feedback in order to generate client reports for management whenever required.
