Job Description
As an HR development specialist, you will be responsible for conducting organizational assessments, developing and implementing strategies, facilitating change management, supporting leadership development, analyzing data making recommendations, and employee development programs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance, culture, or structure.
- Analyze data and create reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the organization is aligned with its mission
- and goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and help it adapt to changes in the market and industry.
- Assessing employees' attitudes periodically and providing solutions and suggestions
- Develop, initiate, and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning.
- Plan, design, and conduct motivational programs to increase employee satisfaction
- Facilitate talent mapping for succession planning and career development.
