As an HR development specialist, you will be responsible for conducting organizational assessments, developing and implementing strategies, facilitating change management, supporting leadership development, analyzing data making recommendations, and employee development programs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance, culture, or structure.
Analyze data and create reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the organization is aligned with its mission
and goals.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and help it adapt to changes in the market and industry.
Assessing employees' attitudes periodically and providing solutions and suggestions
Develop, initiate, and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning.
Plan, design, and conduct motivational programs to increase employee satisfaction
Facilitate talent mapping for succession planning and career development.
Requirements
Project management skills.
Analytical and critical thinking skills.
Data analysis skills (familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, or any related discipline; a Master’s degree in HRM is preferred; or an MBA graduate.
Experience as an OD specialist, and people analytics specialist.
