• Strategizing and framing HRM human resource management process based on organizational goals
• Developing and implementing career analysis processes (recruitment, performance management, staff training and development, talent identification, succession planning and coaching)
• Collaborating with and consulting senior executives and managers to create optimal communication and atmosphere
• Supervising the work of human resources specialists and experts
• Developing and implementing motivation improvement program, commitment and affiliation of employees
• Managing human resources information system
• Managing human resources issues related to dismissal, lack of motivation, and etc.
• Evaluating of the performance of managers, executives and personnel, and providing a coaching and mentoring plan
