Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.Identify training needs for the employees and individual executive coaching needs.Develop and execute a lifecycle approach to HR programs such as performance management, compensation cycles, and talent management by assessing organizational performance, defining talent gaps, and proposing solutions in support of business objectives.Design and supervise the processes of recruitment, training, development, retention, and maintenance of employees.Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of the organization's personnel policies and practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, I-O Psychology, or other related fields.At least 5 years of combined managerial experience in an HR business partner role or a related HR role such as talent management, leadership development, program management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefit, etc.Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Strong communication skills.Proficient in MS Office.Fluent in English.Strong analytical skills.
