Job Description
● Lead and direct the HR department.
● Create job descriptions, job classification, and job requirements system with accompany of department leaders.
● Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
● Analyze statistical data and report to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of the organization's personnel policies and practices.
● Monitor and implement the KPI management system and conduct motivational programs to increase employee satisfaction.
● Develop compensation and benefits plans.
● Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
● Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
● Assess the training needs of employees and organize the learning and development programs.
● Review, refine, summarize and submit monthly employee performance reports to the CEO.
● Investigate the potential of the organization's human capital and locate employees in accordance with organizational needs and employees' capabilities.
● Improve the quality of employees' work environment in terms of workspace, ergonomics, and, welfare conditions.
● Report to the CEO.
● Probation period: 2 Months.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 am to 5 pm; Thursdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
