Job Description
● Manage and supervise administrative staff.
● Carry out personnel affairs, and insurance affairs within the company such as transfer, bonus, leave performance appraisal, and loan.
● Prepare, regulate, and implement regulations and administrative letters based on the rules and regulations of the company.
● Plan and monitor the performance of contracts.
● Provide analytical and specialized reports in the field of administration and personnel.
● Control staff attendance reports.
● Issue employment orders in accordance with employment laws and regulations, and determination of salaries, and wages.
