For this position, we need someone wise, motivated, and educable to join our team. An appropriate level of knowledge in human resources and 34000 standard processes will be really helpful. Moreover, it is an advantage to have some experience in staff training and development.
Your main responsibilities will be including:
● Create and complete personnel records.
● Track and implement employee-driven incentive and welfare plans.
● Keep the hiring channels active and follow the recruitment process for different units of the company.
● Assist in employee retention and development.
● Establish communication and interaction with employees in order to resolve their problems and needs within the framework of the rules and procedures existing in the organization.
● Provide employment contracts for employees and keep track of their completion at due time.
● Design and implement effective training and development plans.
● Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
● Job analysis.
