Responsible for aligning the activities of the organization's human resources with the goals of the organization and units to increase the quality and speed of activities. Roles:
Ensure and facilitate HR service delivery to the business.
Maintain effective employee relations through regularly interacting with personnel in respective functions.
Support managers and teams in business delivery by enhancing their capability to deliver objectives, manage their people, implement change, and build relations with key stakeholders (internal/external).
Collaborate with the business for the creation of a high-performance culture by implementing team and organizational design solutions, and providing measurable performance indicators, and improvement plans.
Participate in all HR functions such as recruitment, training and development, compensation, and benefits.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
At least 3 years of supervisory and management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
