Job Description

Create and launch career paths and career ladders for tech and product teams.
Headcount planning and recruiting the relevant positions.
Responsible for implementing entire HR processes in the tech and product departments.
Work in an environment that demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
Conflict resolution and resolving interpersonal issues Interface at all levels of the organization.
Operate with autonomy and discretion.
Successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company.
2 to 4 years of managerial experience (working in the tech and product field is a must).
Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality document and report preparation.
Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization.
Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both tech and product and HR teams.
Ability to analyze data, prepare analytical reports, and work with related graphs.
Commitment to continuous process improvement in people strategies and initiatives.
Successful record of executing operational processes and procedures, with high levels of customer satisfaction.
