Masters Degree in Management fields, MBA, HRM or Industrial Engineering (degree in HRM is an advantage) Mastery of the retain processes At least 10 Years experience in HR including 5 years in a Manager position Professional knowledge of all HR processes Knowledge required: Personnel and Human Resources;Education and Training;Administration and Management;Customer and Personal Service;Psychology Skills & Abilities required: Complex Problem Solving;Judgment and Decision Making;Negotiation;Active Learning;Critical Thinking;Monitoring;Systems Analysis;Time Management;Learning Strategies; Ideal Age Range: 40 – 50
