Job Description

• Preparing and proposing welfare service plans in order to improve the level of motivation of employees and monitor their proper implementation (pursuing the provision and performance of welfare services) • Planning occasions and events within the organization • Staff training and development process such as producing educational content, holding training courses and sessions (inside and outside the organization), measuring the effectiveness of training courses and also receiving and providing feedback to improve training activities • Execution and scheduling of performance management courses and monitoring the correct implementation of courses (holding briefings with managers and supervisors, updating relevant forms, analyzing information and preparing statistical and descriptive reports) • Coordinating the arrangement and renewal of contracts related to welfare services and personnel insurance

Requirements

• Ability to travel: inland provinces • Related working experience: 3 to 5 years • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in management, especially HR fields of study • Expertise in working with Microsoft Office software: required • Proficiency in the fields of motivation: performance management, education and welfare: required
