Job Description
-Mastery of human resource processes such as warehouse personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions .
- Serve as a link between management and warehouse employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems.
-Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
-Control of leave , entry and exit of warehouse personnel and preparation of relevant reports.
- Address employee relations issues, such as work complaints, or other employee concerns.
