Job Description

● Applying all recruitment processes such as posting ads, reviewing resumes, interviews, etc). ● Keeping job descriptions of all available organizational positions up to date. ● Cooperating in the process of performance management and service compensation, issuing orders, and calculating performance. ● Following up on matters related to social security and supplementary insurance. ● Participating in training courses, training needs assessment, and staff performance evaluation.

Requirements

● Proficient in labor and social security laws. ● Proficient in administrative affairs and organizational processes. ● Familiarity with performance evaluation models and measuring job satisfaction. ● High public relations. ● Persistent, regular, and responsible. ● Familiarity with English.
