- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software. - Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. - Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork. - Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities. - Explain regulations, policies, or procedures. - Administer personnel recruitment or hiring activities. 7-Coordinate personnel recruitment activities. -Evaluate personnel practices to ensure adherence to regulations.

Requirements

University Qualifications: Postgraduate in HR. Nature and length of previous experience: Min of 3 years. Specialist knowledge: 1- Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. - Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. - Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. . Soft Skills and Personality traits: 1-Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. - Speaking — Talking to others to convey information effectively. - Reading Comprehension — Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. - Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. - Writing — Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience. .
