Job Description

● Carry out recruitment and select function activities. ● Do the recruitment cycle with a competency model of the ensuring you conduct, attraction, source, select, and conversion of candidates for both specific requisitions, build a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, effectively manage candidate relationships, and sell the organization as an employer of choice – all to ensure the right talent is available when needed. ● Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow-up till the candidate joins. ● Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification with the competency model and also, reference check the approved candidates. ● Manage reporting and analytics.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or an MBA graduate. ● At least 4 years of experience in different HR disciplines. ● Familiar with preparing/updating employment records, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, and performance management. ● Ability to work under pressure. ● Talented to learn different approaches. ● Skillful in problem-solving. ● Strong team-working abilities. ● Sensitive to needs and feelings, responsible, reliable, and helpful. ● Honest, ethical and detail-oriented in completing work tasks. ● Having a cooperative and positive attitude with effective communication. ● Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. ● Fluent in English. ● Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint).
