P&O (HR) department includes a diverse team of cLEAN, HR, and training. The position: As Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for providing support to LoB and P&O team in administering HR programs. ● Collect, analyze, and report HR statistics to capture metrics, demonstrate progression, and make recommendations for improvement. ● Administrative processes and procedures related to employees. ● Obtain and record HR information through a database. ● Coordinate with the HR team on HR projects.

Requirements

● University student (senior) or a fresh graduate in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, I/O Psychology (Industrial Organization), or other related fields. ● Advanced command of English. ● Attentiveness, honesty, and confidentiality. ● Agile, fast learner, and highly organized. ● Detail-oriented, and communicative. ● Microsoft Office applications and reporting skills.
